Scenario of your tour

You will be visiting 2 islands. First, your trip will begin with a transfer from your hotel to the Beach Burns Jetty for your Manukan and Sapi islands trips. Upon your arrival at Manukan, you are requested to register your name before you can collect your snorkeling gear. You will be there until the afternoon so you can enjoy your snorkeling for you to discover the underwater haven.

If you are not interested to go snorkeling you can opt for the jungle trip on the island. The other option for you on this boomerang shaped island is to just simply lie on the beach and enjoy the tropical sun.

After your trip to Manukan, you will then be transferred to Sapi island where you are given the chance to rest and have your own leisure or go on a fishing tour or water village tour if there is a good weather on that day.

Schedule time

08:30 am – Pick up time from your hotel for a transfer to Beach Bums Jetty for your island trip.
12:00 pm – Depart to Sapi Island
12:15 pm – Arrive Sapi Island. Free own leisure
12:30 pm – Lunch. Free own leisure.
03:00 pm – Fishing tour or Star fish and water village tour.
04:00 pm – Back to the mainland.
04:15 pm – Arrive at Jetty. Transfer back to hotel

Scenario of your tour

Your journey starts at 7.30 am for a 2 hour drive to Kuala Penyu town. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the jetty and onboard a boat you will travel for another 25 minutes to Pulau Tiga island, Borneo Survival Resort. Upon reaching the island, you will be given a short briefing prior to your trekking to the Volcano mud and soak yourself into the pool of therapeutic volcanic mud.

After a muddy experience, retrace your journey back to the beach to wash off the mud with a short stop over at the site where the Fame SURVIVOR Series was filmed by the American CBS production in March 2000 and the UK based BBC production the following year. Lunch will also be served. Your final tour will be a visit to a nearby Snake island that can be reached by boat. The total tour of the islands will last about 3 hours. By 3.00 p.m. you should be able to travel back to Kota Kinabalu.

Schedule time

07:30 am – Pick-up time from your hotel to Kuala Penyu town.
09:30 am – Arrive at Kuala Penyu and transfer to the jetty.
10:00 am – Depart to Pulau Tiga.
11:00 am – Lunch.
12:00 pm – Arrive at Borneo Survivor Resort. / Proceed to the nearby Snake Island by boat.
03:00 pm – Return to Kuala Penyu town by boat / Return back to Kota Kinabalu.

PADAS WHITE WATER RAFTING (PADAS RIVER GRADE III – IV)

Scenario of your tour

You will begin your tour with a 2 hour drive to Beaufort railway station. Thereafter, you will have to board on a train for you to proceed your trip to Pangi Station, a place you can have your white water rafting. Upon arriving Pangi, light refreshment will be served and a safety briefing will be conducted by the river guide.

Your white water rafting commences half an hour later. It covers 9 km of the Padas river. When you reach the ending point, you will be served with BBQ lunch by the river side. There, you are given about an hour stay for you to explore the scenic area before you are transferred back on board the train back to Beaufort railway station and then driven back to your hotel in the city.

Schedule time

07:45 am – Depart from Kota Kinabalu to Beaufort railway station.
09:30 am – Onboard train to Pangi station.
12:00 pm – Arrive Pangi.
12:30 pm – White water rafting commences.
14:00 pm – Reach ending point.
15:00 pm – Onboard train to Beaufort railway station.
17:00 pm – Arrive Beaufort railway station.
19:00 pm – Arrive at hotel.

KIULU WHITE WATER RAFTING (KIULU RIVER GRADE I-II)

Scenario of your tour

The journey to Kiulu river takes about 1½ hours drive through scenic countryside and friendly villagers. When you reach Kiulu river, light refreshments will be served and a short briefing on safety measures will be conducted by a qualified river guide. After reaching the ending point, you will be served with lunch.

Schedule time

08:30 am – Depart from the hotel to Kiulu River.
10:00 am – Arrive Kiulu River.
01:30 pm – Reach ending point / Lunch.
02:00 pm – Return back to Kota Kinabalu.
03:30 pm – Arrive at hotel.

Scenario of your tour

The Journey to Weston takes about 2 hours drive heading towards Beaufort through scenic countryside. Soon after you reach Weston, light refreshments will be served as a welcome drink. Your 2 hours safari begins by using a long boat cruising through swamp and mangrove trees which can be found abundant along the river bank.

Catch sight of the long nose Proboscis monkey that has thick brown fur, white long tail and huge belly that makes them look pregnant although they are obviously male. See also other animals such as Egrets and many more. After the cruise, you will have your dinner before you are driven back to Kota Kinabalu.

Schedule time

01:30 pm – Depart to from your hotel to Weston.
04:00 pm – Arrive Weston.
04:30 pm – Safari commences.
06:30 pm – Dinner.
07:00 pm – Return back to Kota Kinabalu.
