Scenario of your tour

Your arrival at the airport will be met by our guide and later you will be guided to a welcoming and an introduction tour of Kota Kinabalu. Thereafter you will be transferred for a check-in to your hotel. This day, you will have ample times of your free own leisure.
Your actual tour will start on the second day at 8.30 am which is your pick-up time from your hotel. Your journey to Poring Hot Springs through scenic countryside and beautiful mountain range will take about 2½ hours.

Along the way you are given the opportunity to stop at Pekan Nabalu for you to shop for local souvenirs or fruits at an affordable prices. From Nabalu, you will have another 1 hour drive through mountainous range and passing through Kundasang, Sabah’s vegetables growing valley, before you can reach Poring Hot Springs. There, if you want to walk on the 41 meters high and 157.6 meters long Treetop Canopy walkway, you will have to hike for 20 minutes in order for you to reach at its site where you can have a bird’s eye view of the rainforest.

After the walk and the hiking, you must take a dip in the outdoor Japanese style bathtub with the sulphuric hot water believed to have medicinal value for your skin or else you will regret not to have tried the bath which you may not experience it again. Your next tour will be to Kundasang where you are at liberty to select a restaurant of your choice for your lunch before you can proceed to Kinabalu National Park. There, you must visit the accessible mountain garden to find out for yourself the different species of plants found at that site. If you are in doubt, you don’t have to worry because you will be guided by the naturalist who will explain everything about the different species of plants that you are curious to know. Your second day will be your overnight stay at the Park or at Kundasang resort area.

Whether your overnight stay is at the Park or Kundasang resort area, your third day tour will start with your breakfast. After having your breakfast, you will proceed to Sabah Tea Garden for your educational trip. Find out for yourself what the Tea Garden is offering you as you tour the garden. At noon, you will have your lunch. After the lunch, you will journey back to Kota Kinabalu where once again you will pass through scenic country side and beautiful mountain range for about 3 hours before you can reach Kota Kinabalu.
Your two days of adventures must have seep your energy. So on your fourth day, you will be given the opportunity to rest. It is your free own leisure where you can do the shopping in the city or just wanting to have a complete rest before you are picked from your hotel to Kota Kinabalu International Airport for your departure flight to your intended destination.

Your third day tour will be your visit to Sapi and Manukan islands. First, your trip will begin with a transfer from your hotel to the Beach Burns Jetty for your Manukan and Sapi islands trips. Upon your arrival at Manukan, you are requested to register your name before you can collect your snorkeling gear. You will be there until the afternoon so you can enjoy your snorkeling for you to discover the underwater haven. If you are not interested to go snorkeling you can opt for the jungle trip on the island. The other option for you on this boomerang shaped island is to just simply lie on the beach and enjoy the tropical sun.

After your trip to Manukan, you will then be transferred to Sapi island where you are given the chance to rest and have your own leisure or go on a fishing tour or water village tour if there is a good weather on that day. The final day or the fourth day will be more of a day for you to regain your lost energy after your two full days of adventurous tours. This day is your day of your free own leisure before you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight.

Scenario of your tour

Our guide will meet you on your first day arrival. After that you will be guided to a welcoming and an introduction tour of Kota Kinabalu. Then you will be transferred for a check-in to your hotel. This day, you will have sufficient times of your free own leisure. The choice is yours.

Your second day tour will begin with a 2 hour journey to Beaufort. When you reach at the jetty, you will be welcomed by a welcoming drink with an introduction of local cakes called ‘kuih’ in malay language. Your river cruise commences half an hour later. In this cruise, you will be able to learn the many behaviors of the Proboscis monkeys and other wildlife. That is your second day activities before you will have your dinner at the jetty and an overnight stay at the lodge for the day’s rest.

On your third day, you will begin with a breakfast at the lodge restaurant. At 8.00 am, you will be on a 2 hour drive to Kuala Penyu town. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the jetty and onboard a boat you will travel for another 25 minutes to Pulau Tiga island, Borneo Survival Resort. Upon reaching the island, you will be given a short briefing prior to your trekking to the Volcano mud and soak yourself into the pool of therapeutic volcanic mud. After a muddy experience, retrace your journey back to the beach to wash off the mud with a short stop over at the site where the famous SURVIVOR Series was filmed by the American CBS production in March 2000 and the UK based BBC production the following year. Lunch will also be served at the resort restaurant. Your final third day tour will be your free own leisure where you can choose your favorite activities such as going for snorkeling or for a swim. Dinner and an overnight stay at the island resort complete your tour of the day.

The fourth day tour will start with a breakfast at the restaurant of Pulau Tiga resort before your short trip to the Snake island. The boat ride to the snake island takes about 25 minutes. Back to Pulau Tiga you will have your lunch at the resort’s restaurant before you check-out of the resort for a trip back to Kuala Penyu jetty and then back to Kota Kinabalu.
